Why did we start?

Michael and Kaitlin are the owners of Shafer Facility Solutions. We started as a request from a previous customer of Michael. Shafer Facility Solutions LLC has exceptional customer services experience and because of that we have built solid foundations for business. By listening to your needs and addressing key issues in our market we are growing and building this business. We place an emphesis on Customer Service, Training and Quality Control. Michael serves in the US Army reserves and derived the company values from the Army Values.

We place a high emphasis on quality and commit to deliver high quality services. For specialty jobs we verify that the work was completed to expectation and inspect throughout the process to make sure you get what you pay for. For Janitorial services we do various routine inspections to keep our services top notch. From weekly supervisor inspections to monthly management team inspection you can rest assured that your getting the quality service you desire.

Integrity is of the utmost importance to us. We are transparent with our inspections to our customers and our word is our bond. We recognize no one is perfect, but we strive to be. We keep our customers informed of our wrongs and do all we can to keep it right.
